Rachel Fay joins Team goBalto as a Customer eXperience Associate to ensure that our users have the support they need to make their experiences with goBalto™ Tracker 2.0 seamless. In a previous life, she was a research coordinator background and understands the critical issues facing the industry today.
Recently
Rachel graduated from California State University with a B.S. in Health Science. She leveraged her degree to pursue work as a clinical research coordinator at Quality Control Research in Sacramento. She worked as primary coordinator on numerous Pulmonary studies (COPD link), as well as other studies.
She recently relocated to San Francisco from Sacramento to start her new career where tech and clinical verge at goBalto.
Fun Fact
The dancing bug bit Rachel at an early age. She started with ballet as a child and built a strong classical foundation then branched into hip hop to experience the avant garde. She continues her dance odyssey with Salsa, having taken lessons for the past 3 years. While she is not dancing she loves to cook using local bay area ingredients and playing with her lovely dog Bruno.
