Please meet Zach Hector! He joins Team goBalto as our Vice President of Sales and Business Development. He joins our growing team to meet the demands of our forward thinking clients. Originally from Seattle, Washington, he graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Washington on a full football scholarship.
Zach has spent his entire career in the healthcare and life science industry starting out selling disposables and capital equipment to hospitals with companies like IVAC corporation, Aesculap and CooperVision then rapidly moved into executive positions in software and service companies such as GM Tokos Medical, and as President and COO of Evergreen Health Management. He built on his experience and moved forward to various leading positions in enterprise systems companies for the healthcare and life sciences with DataLabs (acquired by ClinPhone), and Microsoft. He also was the founder and CEO of MedManage Systems, a pioneer and innovator in prescription sample management solutions that benefit pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare organizations, physicians, patients and consumers.
Present
Following numerous discussions with Team goBalto, partners, previous bosses, colleagues, investors, family, neighbors, (you get the picture), we “quickly” realized how great of an addition he would be. As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Zach will leverage extensive experience in enterprise systems to will help ensure we are delivering the right message to our partners as well as build out our business development capabilities.
Fun Fact
When Zach is not spending quality time with his wife Renae, he enjoys biking and fly fishing in his spare time. Zach also has a special zeal and passion for college football and basketball. He played college football for the Huskies and wore #51!!! What are the chances of a Husky working for a company called goBalto.
